Training and Workshop Trip and the II KONFERENCJA MŁODYCH NAUKOWCÓW I KÓŁ NAUKOWYCH Innowacje w Fizjoterapii i Terapii Sportowej conference

The Laboratory of Biomechanics’ team is constantly expanding its expertise across various fields. Since biomechanics is an interdisciplinary scientific domain, Martyna Sopa (M.Sc. Eng.) is enhancing the Laboratory’s potential with knowledge in physiotherapy. As part of this effort, she participated in the 2nd Conference of Young Scientists and Student Research Groups in Świnoujście, organized by the branch campus of the Prof. Kazimiera Milanowska University of Education and Therapy.

This two-day event combined the traditional advantages of an academic conference with the practical application of knowledge. Participants had the opportunity to take part in workshops held at a local physiotherapy center. In addition to learning the inner workings of such a facility, students attended sessions on fascial massage, facial neuromassage, Pilates exercises, and the emotional aspects of patient care.

Participating in events like these is an excellent opportunity to develop biomedical knowledge from a hands-on, practical perspective.
