At the 6th edition of the Polish Biomedical Engineering Conference at Poznań University of Technology, members of our BTS “Da Vinci” Scientific Society presented three projects in the student research sessions:
- Eng. Iryna Kachura-Zhechytska participated in the Young Researchers Session with her presentation, Advancing custom foot insole design through baropodometric data and additive manufacturing technologies,
- Amelia Fabiańska and Adrianna Dudziak presented their joint project, conducted with Karolina Czajka and Emilia Bąk, titled Effect of the accuracy of dart throwing on biomechanical parameters, in the Student Activity Session,
- Weronika Kandulska and Matylda Kryś, also in the Young Researchers Session, presented their work, The role of functional tests in identifying movement asymmetry in a group of football players.
We watched our students’ presentations with great pride, and the Competition Committees also recognized their achievements—each project placed on the podium in its category! Specifically:
- 2nd place in the Young Researchers Session,
- 2nd place in the Student Activity Session,
- 3rd place in the Student Activity Session.
Congratulations on these achievements! We look forward to continuing our collaboration with these talented students and wish future members of the Society similar success in reaching their goals!
