The 28th edition of the Congress of the European Society of Biomechanics was held on July 9-12, 2023 in Maastricht, the Netherlands. The event is addressed to scientists representing numerous fields of biomechanics and creates an opportunity for dialogue between specialists from different countries, exchange of experiences and presenting the results of their work.<\/p>

There were also representatives of the Laboratory of Biomechanics, represented by mgr in\u017c. Martyna Sopa with a poster about part of her work carried out as part of her PhD at the Pozna\u0144 University of Technology Doctoral School. The poster concerned the created two-dimensional model of human stability in the issue of loss of balance due to the action of an external force.<\/p>

During the Conference, we listened to many inspiring lectures and presentations, including those regarding the use of markerless motion capture systems. We used the acquired knowledge in the next project<\/a>, carried out in cooperation with the Polish Sailing Association.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
